Texture Tuesday...The Gratitude eDition

(Mouse over to see original)

I am taking up a new hobby. Something I have wanted to learn for quite a while.
I am grateful for having the time to do it and having the support of my
wonderful husband in this new endeavor.

'KK Aurora' and 'PDPA Gratitude 2' textures were used on the original photo.
Some of the textures were removed using layer masks.

Good morning Nadege . . .new hobby . .. is it quilting? it's something I've never done myself and only make that guess from the tag. It's a lovely photo and the texture goes so so well. Happy Tuesday, Teresa x

Smiles - Hi Nadege - I have been following you all night (it is 11:52pm here... LOL). Love your post; processing is fabulous; composition and image AOK - I love the b/w fabric (reminds me of the little snappy bag I posted a week or so ago)... I am doing something similar, but with bags and books - hope your class is going fine. hugs from Alaska. kareninkenai {texture tuesdays}

Wonderful processing -- I hope you enjoy your new interest in quilting. I came to photography from quilting, and am finding the creative tension between the two interests to be both frustrating and inspiring..... there's just not enough time in the day!

Oh no....you KNOW quilting is totally addicting, right? I can NEVER get my mom out of her quilting room :). Not that photography isn't addicting, haha. Can't wait to see what you create!
