Fabulous Photo Art Friday...

Agapanthus Delight.

Recipe:
Duplicate background layer twice
Layer 1. Cut out filter at 100% normal mode
Layer 2. Poster edges filter at 48% normal mode
Layer 3. PDPA Drop of Jupiter at 100% soft light mode 
Layer 4. PDPA Fanciful at 100% saturation mode.
Layers blended and image resized for the web
