Scavenger Hunt Sunday...

The weeks seem to be zooming by.
Time for Ashley's Scavenger Hunt.

1. Abstract
Fun 'Twirl' effect in Photoshop of one of my flower shot.

2. Round
I was so amazed on how round this little water drop looked.

3. Stars

The 'Southern Cross' star constellation on our Australian flag.

4. Fire

Playing with matches.

5. Finding faces in unusual or unexpected places.
My grandson stayed with us the other night and left this happy face on our bathroom mirror.

What a great capture on those water droplets, and i love that swirl effect. How is that done? Looks really neat. I was reading your profile and how lucky for you to be retired. I am 63 and still have about a year and a half until I can retire. I am so ready, and am having so much fun with my photography. Can't wait to do it more. Bet you are enjoying yourself, and your blog is great! Thanks for stopping by mine and it is always nice to get the feedback. Will have to explore your blog more and see what I can find out about Australia from you. Have never had the priivilege of going there, but hear it is so beautiful! Have a great weekend! Abstract is just cool and Round is stunning. It looks like it's floating just above the petal! How sweet of your grandson to leave you a happy face!

Wonderful set of photos...each is so unique. On your abstract photo I would love to see what the before looked like. Photoshop at this point scares me....but when I see what amazing things it can do (like your first photo) it makes me want to overcome my fear of it.
