Old Tailem Town...

We took a drive on Sunday to "Old Tailem Town" for a camera club outing. This is quite an amazing place with lots of wonderful old buildings from South Australia's pioneer days. This is a great place to come and learn about our early settlers' way of life. The leaves seemed to have taken over this lovely old cart which has seen better days.

The shot above is SOOC, (straight out of camera), and I am including it in The Creative Exchange with host Lisa Gordon. Why don't you join us by clicking on the button below.

Hiya Nadege,
A camera club outing -- that sounds a fun thing to do. Do you hold exhibitions with the results of these communal trips?
Well chosen subject, with great lines and addtional fluffy branches.

It is so nice to meet you Nadege!

This photograph is is just wonderful. I love the texture of the wheel against the texture of the trees. Really fantastic!

Thank you so much for sharing this today at The Creative Exchange.

Have a great day!

I like the angle of the wheel, I can't quite put my finger on it but it's so effective . . . (a camera club sounds so fun!)

Yes, it is exciting to join outings like that. I used to be part of the team that promotes awareness and appreciation for cultural heritage and we organized expeditions and workshops.

Great time for camera bugs too.
